This one day Symposium will take place on Saturday 17 April 2010 at the village hall in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, Yorkshire. The meeting will be hosted by members of BCRA's special interest groups: the Cave Surveying Group (CSG) and the Cave Radio and Electronics Group (CREG). It is likely that there will be field trips and practical sessions on Sunday 18 April.

Contributions are invited on any aspect of caving technology in the form of short lectures, poster papers, or more informal practical sessions. Cave survey posters and cave photographs are particularly welcome for display.

Those wishing to give a presentation should contact the lecture secretaries, Mike Bedford and Allan Richardson (see BCRA events diary for contact details). Abstracts of presentations are requested by mid-March 2010.

Registration will take place at the start of the seminar. A small admission charge will cover tea and coffee in the morning and afternoon. Further information, including directions to the venue and suggestions for lunch, will be published shortly before the event.
