Had a query about access in the Dales so I clicked on the link to CNCC from the BCA site & got a message saying

You are not authorized to view this page

Whatever happened to the One Stop Shop?

Since cavers are mostly illiterate, wouldn't it have been more accurate for it to say:

"You are not capable of reading this page"?

Is there anybody out there?
