Change of hostname.

The server's hostname has been changed from britiac2.miniserver.com to server.british-caving.org.uk
This should have no effect for most people since generally your configuration should be using british-caving.org.uk.
However if you have been using britiac2.miniserver.com in your setup you now must use server.british-caving.org.uk.
