If you have not yet worked out when the BBC 1 programme Ultimate Caving that was reported in Descent is, well here's the info.

Kate Humble is joined by Steve Backshall for the ultimate British caving experience. Caving novice Kate pushes herself to the limit as she attempts four distinct and increasingly difficult caves. The final cave includes a vertical ascent on ropes from a cavern which is higher than the London Eye. This is a mission that will demand new levels of courage, determination and stamina from Kate, but can she rise to the challenge?
