Yahoo which includes BT & PlusNet are bouncing email sent from the BCA Server with
554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not acceptable for policy reasons.
I'm working on this but no resolution yet.
I've checked we are not blacklisted on any of the spam servers - we are not.
So this is a Yahoo thing.

OK I think it is solved.
The solution involved renaming the server from britiac2.miniserver.com to server.british-caving.org.uk
The miniserver.com domain hosts many other domains. One or more of those domains had upset Yahoo. By changing the host name we are now seperated from that.
