Constitutional Amendments

As part of the ongoing work to streamline procedures in BCA, Council has made several proposed amendments to the Constitution. These were agreed unanimously at the AGM in March and now need to pass through the final stage of ratification: a postal ballot of all members.

Along with Newsletter 13, all members will be receiving a Ballot Paper and accompanying bookletoutlining the proposed changes.

We strongly urge all members to have their say. The deadline for returning completed Ballot Papers is 7th August 2010.

Paper copies should now have arrived with all Individual Members. If they have not, it is probably because the information we hold for you is incorrect. If you suspect this might be you, please contact Glenn Jones, our Membership Administrator (details on Contacts page of website).

Clubs should be receiving theirs either today or tomorrow. Again, please contact Glenn if you do not receive anything.

A reminder that the deadline for return of Constitutional Amendment slips is 7th August.
