What sort of delay in a reply would be normal?
Is the lock in a useable state?

If you tryed to contact Sue Mabbett through the Cambrian Caving Council website, then it is NOT Sue ignoring your e-mail. But the fact that I had incorrectly set up her e-mail forwading service, so I do apologise for any in-convience caused. All rectified now with new looking website
