FTP problems on Britiac2 and Britiac3

If anyone is having problems using FTP on either of BCA's servers, from about 2100 on Thurs 09 Sept - try switching your FTP client from passive to active mode. That solved it for me and one other person. I dont know what's happened - I assume that as it happened on both servers, it is something Memset has done. Thanks, Cookie, for the tip.
