I created a test email account on your domain (
test@newrevolutionmusic.com). It worked fine with Webmail. I don't have a blackberry so I used my own smartphone. It worked fine once I had corrected a spelling error. You have to type it
exactly as seen. That proves the web server is working as expected.
The details in your previous post are correct except I can't prove the password since I don't know it, nor do I want to know it.
There's not a lot more I can do for you without having the phone in my hand. The problem is with the blackberry configuration. The details for your blackberry in the previous post are correct however there might be other options I'm unaware of. Also the way it integrates into Blackberry's own email servers might complicate the issue. I don't think you should be using the enterprise server connection for example.
Almost certainly it is a simple option you've missed or spelling error when configuring the phone.
Is the wireless network connected and working? The Blackberry website suggests that is important.
If none of that works then sorry but you need to talk to Blackberry Customer Services.
