cave-registry svn version

Post by Andrew » Fri 08 Nov 2013 19:32

Hi

I notice that svn version is 1.6.11 (r934486). It appears that 1.6 series went up to 1.6.23, but is no longer supported. svn is on 1.8 series and only supports one minor version behind, with security fixes, that is 1.7.

Suggest that we scedual an upgrade,

thanks

Will do.

Are you suffering any particular problems at the moment?

Nothing that I have can say for definite, but prefer to avoid getting to that situation.

When moving China data to the server, the uid changed, so people could not use svn relocate, which had worked fine for the NorthernEngland move, so I was looking for why when I noticed the version differences between the servers; it may have caused it, then again it may not have. Not really a problem, only consequence, that I have found, is that everyone will have to download the data again.

thanks
